hmm...today ar...finally had napfa lorz....lets see....i hope i can get gold=X haha....the PE teach so bad lor....make us do each station w/o rest....aiyo....well anyway....shuttle run i got 9.6secs....sucks....erm....my best....standing broad....242cm....hehe....well....incline i got 37...sucks lor...damn sad...lol....erm....sit ups i did 50+++ in 1 min before...but i was totally worn out and did only 48....sigh....sad case...lol.....and well....2.4 sucked too.....i have no stamina.....i got 12mins11secs.....haiz....so....i dunno....will i get gold? heh....so anyways....my legs kinda ache...cos dumb me nev do proper warm up...haha....i dunno....i think i could have done a lil better....cos i wore those skater kinda shoes....heavy de...lol....stupid sia...well....tats all lor...my leg still aches....haiz....haha....
